ABOUT CAPITAL CITY REFUSE
Key Responsibilities:
Perform waste pickup duties on a assigned weekly route (Monday through Friday).
Safely operate a heavy-duty rear-loader waste truck in residential or commercial areas.
Manage multiple customer accounts daily, ensuring timely and complete service.
Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations to maintain a clean driving record.
Must be able to handle the physical nature of waste collection and work in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
Must have a class B CDL license.
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Commitment to safety and customer service
Experience: Previous experience with rear-loader trucks or commercial driving is highly preferred.
Background Check: Clean driving record (MVR) is required.
Drug Testing: Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
