Terms of Service

By using the services of Capital City Refuse, you agree to the following:

Service & Accessibility

  • Containers must be placed at the curb or designated pickup spot by [e.g., 6:00 AM] on your scheduled day.

  • The driver must have clear, unobstructed access to the bins. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to blocked access (e.g., parked cars, snow piles).

Prohibited Items

To comply with environmental laws, the following items cannot be placed in our containers:

  • Batteries, tires, or electronics (E-waste).

  • Medical waste or flammable materials.

  • Note: Overweight bins or those containing prohibited items may be left unserviced or subject to additional fees.

Payments & Cancellations
