SCHEDULED SERVICES

To begin service, simply fill out our online service request form, call our office, or email us. Once we have your address and service preferences, we’ll confirm your start date and set up your account. New customers typically begin service within one billing cycle.

After signing up, we’ll send a pickup schedule that lists your regular weekly trash collection day. You can also view your service day anytime in your online account portal or by calling our office. If holidays affect your schedule, we’ll notify you in advance.

We provide industry-standard 90-gallon residential carts with each residential service. If more carts are needed you can request at an additional charge.

Yes — if you opt for recycling or yard waste collection, we’ll set up the appropriate bins or containers for you. These are add-on service for a small additional charge. Contact us to customize your service package.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, construction debris, tires, liquids, and other prohibited items at the curb. See our full “Items Not Accepted” list above for details, or contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.

Bulk pickup is available for large household items such as furniture, appliances, and other oversized materials. To schedule, contact our office by phone or online request form at least 24–48 hours before your next regular pickup day. Additional fees apply.
